Mind Your Mind

Your experience of your life depends
on where you place your mind.
So place your mind with intention.
Be careful what you place in front of it.
Make wise choices about what you read, what you watch,
what you say, and what you do.
If you place violent images in front of your mind,
you will see them even when you try to turn your attention to peaceful things.
If you place loving, peaceful images in front of your mind,
this is where your mind will go.
Live simply and with few distractions.
Focus consciously.
Mind your mind.
